Racine Reefpoint Marina

Edgewater was engaged by Racine County and F3 Marina to complete an entire revitalization of the marina. Edgewater has completed several planning and marketing analysis efforts to prepare for submission of a $32.6M resolution by the Racine County Board. The proposed budget and Master Plan include replacing approximately 900 boat slips with new floating dockage, reconfiguring boat slips for a modern boat size mix, and replacing and updating utilities. The Master Plan includes re-locating the boat fuel pier and replacing underground storage tanks with above ground storage tanks that are easier to permit and maintain. The previous chain and anchor system will be replaced with a guide pile system for added stability.

The plan will be executed over four years and includes minimal disruption from the current boaters and normal marina operations.
